From I-55 take Exit 8 West to Steele MO. In about ¼ mile turn North on Frontage Road 439. Follow 439 ¾ mile to County Road 407. Turn North on 407 and travel North 2.3 miles to Tract 1. Follow the signs North and East to tracts 2 and 3.
Note: Property can also be accessed via Exit 14 just South of Hayti. On the West side of I-55 follow SW Outer Road South 2.4 miles to the Road 439, turn right and follow 439 ¾ mile to Road 444. Tract 3 will be on the right.
