How to prepare to bid...

1. Register - The tab is in the upper right corner of this page. 
2. Move to the bid screen below and click on the green "Request Approval" button.
3. Call the Auctioneer listed for this auction. If you do not, you will not be approved to bid.
4. After speaking to the Auctioneer, refresh your screen or log in again.
5. Click on the green "Register for Auction" button.
6. Accept the Terms and Conditions.
7. You are ready to bid. If you have trouble, call Auctioneer Wayne Keller - 618-407-1679.
8. The property will be offered as 3 TRACTS, ONLINE ONLY.
9. Note: If you are unable to bid Online or are unsure about the reliability of your internet connection, call the Auctioneer and make alternative bidding arrangements by NOVEMBER 3, 2025.
10. Bidding will be PER ACRE based on taxed acres.
11. Flat Bidding – Not eBay style.
12. Bid increments of $25, or more, per bid.
13. Tracts may be combined after 7:00 PM November 4.
14. BIDDING IS OPEN until 8:00 PM CST TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 4^th, 2025, subject to bid extensions (Soft Close).
