9. Bidding will be on a PER TRACT BASIS – Flat Bidding – Not eBay style.
10. Minimum opening bid on Tract 1 - $70,000 and minimum opening bid on Tract 2 - $122,500. Bid increments of $500, or more, per bid.
11. Bidding OPENS SUNDAY, JUNE 1, 2025 and CLOSES at 8:00 PM CST THURSDAY, JUNE 19, 2025, subject to bid extensions (Soft Close).
