How to prepare to bid...

1. Register - The tab is in the upper right corner of this page. 
2. Move to the bid screen below and click on the green "Request Approval" button.
3. Call the Auctioneer listed for this auction. If you do not, you will not be approved to bid.
4. After speaking to the Auctioneer, refresh your screen or log in again.
5. Click on the green "Register for Auction" button.
6. Accept the Terms and Conditions.
7. You are ready to bid. If you have trouble, call Auctioneer Don Bailey - 618-919-1031.
8. The property is offered as 2 TRACTS, ONLINE ONLY.
9. Bidding will be on a PER ACRE BASIS – Flat Bidding – Not eBay style.
10. Minimum opening bid $1000 per acre. Bid increments of $25 per acre, or more, per bid.
11. BIDDING OPENS THURSDAY, JANUARY 30, 2025 and will be available until 8 PM CST THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2025, subject to bid extensions (Soft Close).
12. Combo bidding starts at 7 pm on February 13. Single tract bidding will remain open until bidding closes.
13. Note: If you are unable to bid Online or are unsure about the reliability of your internet connection, call the Auctioneer and make alternative bidding arrangements by FEBRUARY 12th.
