4. After speaking to the Auctioneer, refresh your screen or log in again.
5. Click on the green "Register for Auction" button.
6. Accept the Terms and Conditions.

8. The property will be offered as 2 TRACTS, ONLINE ONLY.
9. Bidding will be on a PER TRACT BASIS – Flat Bidding – Not eBay style.
10. Tract 1 minimum opening bid - $120,000 
11. Tract 2 minimum opening bid - $200,000
12. Minimum bid increments of $1,000, or more, per bid
13. Bidding is NOW OPEN, bidding on single tracts. At 7:00 PM on THURSDAY, JULY 11, bidding will open for combo bids. Individual tract bids will remain open.   
14. Bidding will close at 8:00 PM CST on THURSDAY, JULY 11, 2024, subject to bid extensions (Soft Close).
