FLAT BIDDING (any bid you make will be immediately posted) will open MONDAY, JANUARY 8, 2024 and will be available until 8:00 PM CST THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2024, subject to bid extensions (Soft Close).
Bidding will be on a PER TRACT BASIS. Minimum opening bids are as follows: Tract 1, $19,920 / Tract 2, $70,200 / Tract 3, $1,200. Thereafter, bid increments of $100 per tract.
Combination bidding will also be open on MONDAY, JANUARY 8, 2024 until the close of the auction on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2024.
