How to prepare to bid...

1. Register - The tab is in the upper right corner of this page. 
2. Move to the bid screen below and click on the green "Request Approval" button.
3. Call the Auctioneer listed for this auction. If you do not, you will not be approved to bid.
4. After speaking to the Auctioneer, refresh your screen or log in again.
5. Click on the green "Register for Auction" button.
6. Accept the Terms and Conditions.
7. You are ready to bid. If you have trouble, call Auctioneer Don Bailey - 618-919-1031.
8. The property will be offered as 3 TRACTS, ONLINE ONLY.
9. FLAT BIDDING (any bid you make will be immediately posted) will open THURSDAY, JANUARY 25, 2024 and will be available until 8:00 PM CST THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2024, subject to bid extensions (Soft Close).
10. Bidding will be on a PER TRACT BASIS. Minimum opening bids are as follows: Tract 1, $240,000 / Tract 2, $480,000 / Tract 3, $100,000. Thereafter, bid increments of $500 per tract.
11. Combination bidding will also be open on THURSDAY, JANUARY 25, 2024 until the close of the auction on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2024.
12. If you are unable to bid Online or are unsure about the reliability of your internet connection, call the auctioneer and make alternative arrangements at least 24 hours before the auction closes.
