Call the Auctioneer listed for this auction. If you do not, you will not be approved to bid.
After speaking to the Auctioneer, refresh your screen or log in again.
Click on the green "Register for Auction" button.
Accept the Terms and Conditions.
You are ready to bid. If you have trouble, call Auctioneer Don Bailey - 618-919-1031.
The property will be offered as 3 separate tracts with the option to combine tracts.
Individual tract bidding opens Friday, September 15, 2023 and will be available until 8:00 PM CST Monday, October 16, 2023, subject to bid extensions (Soft Close).
Combination tract bidding starts Monday, October 2, 2023 at 9:00 AM CST. Note: Single tract bidding will stay open.
Bidding will be per tract – eBay-style/max bidding.
Bidding will be on a per tract basis. Minimum bid increments of $250 per Tract. Starting bids:

- Tract 2, $22,750
- Tract 3, $66,500.
