20.82 acres of CRP paying $1978 ($95 per acre) until October 2030. CRP income will be pro-rated to day of closing by FSA at time of payment.  Balance is wooded with very little undergrowth.  The timber has not been cut recently. Note:  A 40’ wide easement will be created from the lane East on the old roadbed between Tracts 1 and 3 for access to Tract 2, if necessary.
